I was commissioned to do some portraits for a local doctor’s office a little while back. I’m so pleased by how they turned out. I hope Santa brings me a large canvas of the legs on the dock for Christmas 😉
I had so much fun with this family, especially the two little guys. I loved that I could get them giggling with just the mention of silly things like fuzzy purple pickles and orange hippos. Bonnie, thanks so much for having me do your family pictures. It was so great to hang out with your family again!
Here are some of my most very favorite people! Their family is one of the first we met when we moved here three years ago. Its so fun to see how much the kiddos have changed. We are very lucky we did our photo shoot before the girls decided to play “Beauty Parlor” together. At least the pre-hair-cut hair is immortalized rather than the post-hair-cut hair 🙂
I love photo shoots with a little creative flair, and my sister-in-law never disappoints. With ominous clouds overhead and the wind blowing like crazy, we set out to do their family shoot…with balloons. I wasn’t sure it would work out, but the wind died down and the rain held off and we got some great shots!
We may have gotten a little “carried away” with the balloons.
Thanks Jessica for the fun shoot… and the new location, which is always refreshing!
I’ll be playing a little catch up with my blog over the next few weeks, I kind of took a summer vacation from blogging. I didn’t take a break from shooting so I’ll be posting a few shoots from the summer. Here is a beautiful family that I went over to Idaho falls to shoot. Billy and Beth are celebrating 10 years together and this was Beth’s request for her anniversary, along with a little trip without the kiddos. We had fun dodging Frisbee golfers during part of our shoot, little did we know we were in the middle of their game 😉
Beth, I it was fun to come and play with you guys!!
