I love the snow, and family pictures in the snow are beautiful…family pictures in the snow on a freezing cold day with an infant had me very nervous! We wrapped little Brodie and Macy up in blankets so they wouldn’t freeze and kept them in the car as much as possible. The rest of us just had to tough it out. Thanks Sharon for asking me to do these for you! I hope you enjoyed having your kids and grand babies home for the holidays.

Here is my last photo shoot before Christmas!! Gabe just turned one a few days ago, I can hardly believe how fast the year has gone. I had a great time playing with this little guy. He is one cute boy!

I feel like this time of year we get all kinds of crazy weather. My last three shoots had snow, rain, and wind all within twenty four hours! This family had to endure the Mountain Home wind and with it, the biting cold. The kiddos tried very hard to smile despite the chill blowing in their cute faces. Oh, and by the way after all the snow and rain we had, fields with hay bales in them tend to get VERY muddy. I almost lost my boots to the mud, it sucked one right off my foot! Andrea (and family), thank you for braving the elements with me!
I was so happy to meet this family! They are fun loving and have a great time together. They laughed and teased each other and even offered me Oreo truffles (who could refuse that!?) Thanks for a wonderful shoot Saskia!
Annie has been bringing her family to me for a few years now. This year I feel very privileged to photograph her family as she has had some health problems this summer. This is what makes my job meaningful to me: giving families a moment to keep forever. Annie, I’m so thankful you are here and I’m so glad you are recovering. Thank you for allowing me capture your family again this year!
Little Mr. {S} had a birthday this week so his mom brought him to me for some pictures. He is a fun kid with lots of personality. Mostly he was interested in the toys in my toy room and not so much the photo shoot. We played an threw balloons and got some fun shots complete with the many faces of this little guy.
This family scheduled their shoot when it was nice an warm outside, the day of their shoot it was FREEZING! The kids did a great job of hiding their discomfort in the cold and put on a happy face. We even had a leaf fight and its a good thing since now all the leaves are covered in snow! Thank you Errin for bringing your family to me!
I’ve been taking these three boy’s pictures for years! Its hard to believe how much they have changed. Sadly they are moving away, but since I’m their photographer they will have to come back and visit every year, right? I will miss your sweet family!
