The {B} Family: Mountain Home Family Photogragher

Look at these gorgeous women! I had such a great time running around town with them. We doubled up their family shoot and a senior shoot for Miss Elizabeth the youngest. It was a long shoot, but they all were troopers and hung in there! I can’t wait to share some shots from the senior portion of the shoot. Here is some family shots, thanks again ladies!

The {K} Family: Mountain Home Family Photographer

I headed all the way to Illinois for this family’s shoot, I couldn’t miss the culmination of years in med school. After graduation this family heaved a huge sigh of relief and I got to take some family photos of them relaxed and stress free, if only until residency starts… Congratulations!!

The {W} Family: Mountain Home Family Photography

I had a great time with this family, they seem to genuinely enjoy being with each other. They also enjoy air planes, so we headed up to the Air Force Base for a few shots at the static display.

Mountain Home Idaho Family Photographer: The {C} Family

This family was so brave to come out for a shoot on a very cold day!

I was nervous there would be a lot of chattering teeth with these little kiddos, but they did so great considering they probably felt like little ice cycles.

Thank you so much for letting me capture pictures of your fun family, I enjoyed it!

Mountain Home Idaho Family Photographer: The {H} Family

Daddy H was in town for a week, so we jumped on the opportunity to capture a family photo for the H Family.

This house is full of cute girls:

This is Miss G being sassy… I’m pretty sure my body doesn’t even bend like that, so funny!

Bountiful Utah Family Photography: The {M} Family Children

Last week I was down in Utah and had the pleasure of taking photographs of these great kids, unfortunately Dad M was out of town so we couldn’t do the whole family. Mom M went ahead and had me do a shoot with the kiddos and I’m so glad she did!

They were all SO cooperative and we got TONS of great shots of them. Here is the man of the house while Dad is away.

The camera was loving these sweet girls, and they were loving the camera right back!

Hopefully it won’t be too long before we can see each other again and we’ll make sure Dad is around.

Goodnight!

Mountain Home Idaho Family Photographer: The {B} Family Boots

Those boots at the top of the blog, those are this family’s boots. The original picture was the result of a photo shoot for a class I was taking. Well it was missing a pair of feet, Little Miss L had gone in to take an nap and Mom and Dad {B} were going on a date and didn’t change into their boots. They loved they boot shot,  so they called me up and asked me to take some more pictures of their boots only with all of the boots in the picture this time.

The girls in this family clearly out number the boys:

And in case you know this family, and you don’t already know… they have another little pair of boots they are working on filling in April. I guess I’ll have to take another boot picture for them next year! Congratulations!!

Mountain Home Idaho Family Photographer: The {J} Family

I love little kids! They make life so much more interesting, these two cuties were no exception.

Their parent’s and I got quite a few laughs from their antics. One thing is for sure though, these two little ones are best buds and were so sweet to each other.

I had such a great time photographing the {J} family, we even got to jam a little as we were shooting behind a church whose congregation was totally rockin’ out! Ah, good times.

Thank you {J} family for allowing me to capture your wonderful family.

Mountain Home Idaho Family Photographer: The {R} Family

This family is super cute!Don’t you just want to squeeze that baby’s cheeks? And the mom, she is just beautiful. I love her style.

With young kids there is always someone keeping me on my toes, that was this little guy’s job. He was disappointed I hadn’t brought my daughter along to play with him.

I just want to thank you for letting me take your family’s pictures, it was a pleasure. Also a huge thank you to my sister for dancing, puppeteer-ing, and even dumping grass on my head to get a smile out of these little guys. It was fun.

These Guys are Mine

While in Utah a couple of weeks ago I shot some pictures of my own kiddos. We got some great shots, but I’m pretty sure my kids are tired of me taking their pictures, ha, the torture they endure!

This was the ONLY shot I got of my little one Miss E,

after this one the rest of her solo shots went something like this:

note the folded arms, yeah any guesses how old she is…TWO! Oh well, sometimes you just have to roll with the punches.
